The admissions window opens on Friday 4th November for applications for places for children starting in Year 3 in September 2023 if they are moving from an infant to a junior school. Our Inclusion Coffee Mornings continue, open to all, with a focus on Social Skills at home and school, run by Julie Fearn from Autism Derby. Julie works closely with children, parents and staff at Gayton, supporting them in and out of the classroom with their learning goals and is running this session to offer support to parents following a successful coffee morning in October.

We have booked a trip for Year 4 to visit Tutbury Castle on Wednesday 30th November. As you are aware, we have been learning about the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings this term in Year 4 and this trip will be a fantastic way bring to the topic to life.
