The staff at Gayton are really missing you all. School is very quiet without all of our wonderful children and supportive parents. We know it is hard trying to incorporate home learning around your own work commitments while you are all at home: many of us are having the same struggles as you are – so thank you for showing the passion we have seen in making sure your children are happy, safe and learning (in whatever style suits them best). We’ve really appreciated the offers of support and your kind words over the last five weeks – please remember to let us know if there is anything more we can do to help you – we are regularly reviewing systems in light of new or updated government guidance and extensions to the current lockdown, as it is extremely hard to plan ahead when we don’t know exactly what we are planning for. We will continue to keep you up to date with messages on the app or by newsletter, especially when the news comes about schools reopening, as I am sure you will have as many questions about that as we will!
