DESCRIPTION:The team will be visiting school on Tuesday 8th November and are offering the nasal flu vaccination to children in all four junior year groups. \n  \nPlease visit https://www.derbyshireandcityimms.co.uk/Forms/Flu to complete the consent form. One consent form per child is required.
