Please remember that\, if you do not wish your child to take part in this\, you need to contact the team directly—see instructions below. \n  \nOpting your child out of the programme:  \nIf you are happy for your child to be weighed and measured\, you do not need to do anything. If you do not want your child to take part\, please let the NCMP Screening Team know in writing. You must state your child’s full name\, date of birth and school on your letter.
